Why we collect personal information and how we use it
We collect personal information in order to provide you with the products and services that interest you. For example, if you wish to purchase a season pass, we need to know what type of pass to issue and where to send you the application forms, as well as delivery and receipt details.

With your permission, we will occasionally send you information about activities and initiatives at Centre Vorlage. It is not our policy to sell or disclose your personal information to any third party.

We use a variety of means to collect personal information. If any of the information requested is not essential, we will indicate that it is not required. We aim to protect your personal information. Information is stored in our office and is only accessible to employees on a “need-to-know” basis. All employees who have access to this information have been fully briefed on our privacy policy and the importance of protecting personal information.

We will NEVER sell or rent our mailing list including cell phone number to a third party for electronic marketing or other purposes.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or credits possible. However, you may change the date of your daily ticket up to 24 hours before the chosen date.

RFID Cards

We issue an RFID card per customer. This card is associated to the end user and as such cannot be shared or transfered to someone else. These cards are fully reloadable for any season. Please keep your card and re-use it to avoid landfill waste. There is a fee of $2 to issue a card, new or reprint.

Waiver

The participant acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in the sports practiced at the Vorlage Center and assumes all responsibility for any material or bodily damage resulting from said risks or dangers. For a rewarding and safe experience, you must respect the mountain code of conduct at all times and show courtesy to others. You must obey all rules and signage posted or otherwise directed by Center Vorlage. Be vigilant and respect the code, it is your responsibility!
