Summary

As a lift attendant, you will play a crucial role in our visitors’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating safely: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the lifts, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Customer assistance: Help skiers and snowboarders of all levels to board and disembark the lifts safely, while providing excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and maintenance: Monitor lifts in operation and report any technical problems to ensure optimal operation.
• Fostering the experience: Contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our visitors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in winter conditions and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 18 years of age is an asset.
